Character on biped

If you don't like biped default rig, but want to use biped layers and motion caps in max, this script is for you!

Features:
- Entire skeleton is based on bones that have orientation constraints to points that are linked to bip elements, which is necessary because biped animations can't be exported if any constraint is related to bip.
- Bones that you don't have to "skin" have black color
- All twists are done with look-at controllers
- All elements are created in current layer, so to keep it separated from bip, create a new empty layer for convenience
